When you access our website, offerings, and product (collectively, the 'Offerings') you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. . In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the privacy policy shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the whole agreement between us for the purposes of accessing our offerings. At certain places, you may be asked to agree to additional terms and conditions. Those additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Where those terms are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, the additional terms shall control.

You may use our offerings as long as you comply with this Agreement and applicable law.

RESTRICTTIONS

Our offerings is intended solely for individuals who are age 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Offerings by anyone under 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Offerings, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Our Offerings is only intended for use by persons located in the United States. We do not make any representation that our offerings are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Similarly, we do not make any representation that our offerings can be accessed from locations outside the United States or is legal or permissible under local law.

FEE SCHEDULE

We charge a certain fee for the product known as the Performance Fee. This fee is calculated based on the amount you invest with us. For example, if you invest $ 20,000 in the Product and the fund achieves 3 % return in June, we will charge you $ 60 as the fee ($600*0.10). After deducting the fee, your total balance or investment amount would be $ 20,540 ( based on 10 % performance fee). The following table depicts the fee which we charge for the product:

The initial deposit is subject to a 60 day hold period. However, you can withdraw your monthly dividends as and when you like.

In addition to the performance fee, we also charge the following fees in relation to our Product.

• Incoming wire transfer – free
• Outgoing wire transfer - $25.00 (domestic)
• Outgoing wire transfer - $50 (international)
• Incoming/Outgoing checks clearance – free
• Internal Transfers – free
• There are no other hidden fees.

Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, in the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the scheme/product documents/prospectus, the scheme/product documents/prospectus shall control.

We do not make any representation regarding the likelihood or probability that any actual or hypothetical investment will in fact achieve a particular outcome or perform in any predictable manner. Any historical return information on the Offerings does not represent the actual performance of any specific investor’s account and may not reflect all factors that could impact such performance for an individual investor.

No representation is being made that any investment will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those achieved in the past, or that significant losses will be avoided. Investing involves risk and investments and may lose value.

SECURED AREAS

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Please read these paragraphs carefully as they require you to resolve any disputes in good faith with us. It also limits your ability to litigate claims in a court or before a jury or to participate in a class action or representative action with respect to a claim.

The parties shall mutually agree to appoint a mediator.
• The mediator will have the exclusive authority to determine the rights and liabilities of both the parties to the mediation. The dispute will not be consolidated with any other matters or joined with any other cases or parties. The award of the mediator is final and binding upon both the parties.
• Except as required by law, you waive any constitutional or statutory rights to go to court and have a trial in front of a judge or jury. Rather, you agree to resolve any disputes with us by mediation.
• You agree to waive your rights to a jury trial unless required by law.
• You agree to bring any claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or consolidated action.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Any waiver of any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other right, term, or provision of these Terms and Conditions. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be wholly or partially invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the extent it is legal and valid and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions (by operation of law or otherwise) without our prior written consent and any prohibited assignment will be null and void. We may assign these Terms and Conditions or any rights hereunder without your consent.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions by posting a revised agreement. It is your duty to keep yourself apprised of these changes. We will not be held responsible if you do not read the revised Terms and Conditions or keep yourself updated about the recent amendments.
